Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest. We have 13 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities - Transform creative solutions, concepts, and information into presentations.
- Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members.
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and mood boards to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Document code review and compliance, reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, and more.
- Prepare project construction documents and specifications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s of Interior Design or equivalent.
- Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas or eligible through reciprocity.
- 6-10+ years of experience preferred.
- Passion for creative design.
- Ability to collaborate with team members inside and outside the office; virtually/in-person.
- Desire for continued development and growth.
- Basic technical skills of interior design including:
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign graphic software preferred
- Knowledge of Bluebeam.
- Travel may be required.
