Description Paralegal - Bay Area Office Job Summary: Congenial organization seeks an experienced and organized paralegal to join its Legal Team. This dynamic, in-person role (minimum four days on-site weekly) offers an opportunity to work on diverse legal tasks in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a high level of confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and organize legal documents (physical/digital) and maintain improved filing systems. + Draft/review legal documents and handle contract execution (including notarization). + Track projects across global teams and update platforms to keep documents and tasks current. + Support insurance-related requests and assist with weekly team calls. + Oversee mail, courier services, and assist with Know-Your-Customer (KYC)/Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) requests. + Ensure compliance with local labor laws, corporate governance, and filing. + Handle complex calendars, meeting logistics, and sensitive information.Es Requirements + Minimum 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience. + College degree required; Notary Public preferred (or willingness to obtain certification). + Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. + Expertise in platforms like Google Workspace, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
