* reports to the Deputy General Counsel and Managing Attorney. General responsibilities may include overseeing litigation; managing discovery obligations (subpoenas, warrants and government inquiries) and discovery management; and providing advice and counsel on academic areas (e.g., faculty, student, research and policy matters). *requires discretion, flexibility, and the ability to understand and manage projects with competing interests in a constantly changing, cutting edge environment. $250,000-$330,000
