Renesas Electronics America is looking for an exceptional HR Manager to provide on-site HR support to business leaders and staff at our Palm Bay, FL location.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding business unit specific priorities, challenges, and goals.
• Partnering with employees, business leaders, COE’s, and HR Business Partners to provide support on a broad range of employment topics (e.g. performance management, restructuring, talent assessment, policy interpretation, etc.).
• Addressing local HR issues and ensuring the delivery of a consistent employee experience.
• Supporting local recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
• Monitoring changes and trends in local legislative requirements

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years HR Generalist experience
• This is an-onsite position for candidates in Palm Bay, Fl.
• Ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly at all levels of the organization
• Possess knowledge of principles and procedures for employee recruitment & selection, compensation and benefits
• Familiarity with state and federal employment regulations 
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasion and influencing skills
• Experience in leading Employee Relations investigations
• Organized and able to multitask with deep attention to detail
