Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detailed-oriented Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our dynamic HR & Benefits Team in NY!
As an HR intern, you will be exposed to all specialties of HR within Human Resources and gain a strong understanding of HR at a corporate level. You will support HR assignments and projects across a variety of areas, including Payroll, Recruiting, Immigration, and Learning & Development. The internship is designed to run for eight months. If mutually agreed upon, you may have an opportunity to extend this internship, which will be assessed closer to the end of the program.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain meaningful experience while working alongside a collaborative, knowledgeable team of HR professionals.
The HR and Benefits Team at Bertelsmann, Inc. is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to our New York Office and subsidiary companies in North America . The team supports HR initiatives and functions, including recruiting, onboarding, talent management, and payroll. In addition, the team manages the development, negotiating, customizing, and administration of health, welfare, well-being, and retirement programs.
