Take the next step in your career with Ellis Parking Company. Join our leadership team as a Valet Supervisor. Supervisors have oversight of approximately 10 valets at one time, making sure they are providing excellent customer service to every patient or visitor entering the valet drive. The supervisor team works together to ensure staff is trained sufficiently and operational procedures are followed. 

Schedule:10a-6pm M-F

Salary: 40k

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise valet attendants in their daily duties of parking, retrieving, and delivering cars to guests.
• Train and coach valet attendants, including corrective action when necessary, ensuring that team members meet the required standards of customer service and safety.
• Monitor valet operations and ensure that all Ellis Parking procedures are followed correctly.
• Communicate issues and concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Handle any customer complaints or feedback and resolve issues to customer satisfaction. Escalate to the Operations Manager as necessary.
• Review, evaluate and report on the valet team's performance, providing recommendations for improvements in quality and efficiency.
• This is a very active position. Supervisors actively participate in the operation of parking and retrieving cars. 
• Able to supervise a team of 5 (1 valet typically at a time).

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least two years of leadership experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams of 5+ people.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and able to handle difficult customer situations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
• No more than 2 points on license. 
• Must complete mouth swab pre-employment screening.
