We are seeking a qualified, service-minded ambassador for this exciting Luxury Concierge position.

Concierge (Full-Time)

What you will be doing:

• Welcome all guests in a luxury environment, and manage multiple priorities calmly delivering results in a fast paced environment.
• Offer a warm welcome and departure experience to our guests in accordance with the Company’s standards.
• Handling all incoming Concierge phone calls to the hotel including In-house guest requests. Candidate should be able to deliver luxury service, be efficient, empowered and cordial.
• Handling all guest inquiries and requests, as well as providing hand-tailored experiences to ensure a memorable stay. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning, celebrations) and identifying appropriate providers.
• Respond to special requests from all guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide Philadelphia area information, special events, activities and happenings to guests including detailed knowledge of the hotel, surroundings and amenities.
• Assist guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
• Assist in enrolling guests in our ALL Accor frequent guest program.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Must have experience working with computers, specifically Word, Excel and messaging.
• Qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
• Minimum 2-years experience in similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree.
• Must be flexible with days and hours.
• Previous luxury hotel experience a plus.
