responsible for providing medical oversight, guidance, and leadership to the
home health care services. The role involves ensuring the delivery of
high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective
collaboration with healthcare professionals. The Medical Director will play a
crucial role in developing and implementing clinical policies, protocols, and
programs to improve patient outcomes and enhance the efficiency of home health
services.

Requirements:
MD or DO degree.
Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics).
Active medical license in the state of Michigan.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in home health or related healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of home health care regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
