Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Food and Beverage team as a Greeter at the Hyatt Regency Houston located in Downtown Houston, TX.

As a Greeter, you are the first and last impression for our restaurant guests. In this role, you’ll set the tone for a memorable dining experience by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and offering thoughtful menu recommendations. Your presence and hospitality directly influence our guests’ overall experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Manage guest flow and seating to ensure prompt and courteous service
• Assist with reservations and accommodate guest preferences when possible
• Provide menu guidance and answer guest questions with confidence
• Collaborate with service team to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Offer sincere farewells and thank guests for dining with us

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a guest-facing role in a restaurant setting preferred but not required
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, and holidays
