Position: Graphic Designer (Advertising Focus)

Location: Dunedin, FL

Employment Type: Full Time (In House with Remote p/t possible for the right candidate)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer with a strong focus on advertising. If you’re passionate about designing eye-catching visuals that inspire action and have experience creating assets for digital, print, and social media campaigns, we want to hear from you. As part of our creative team, you’ll collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and clients to develop innovative advertising solutions that align with brand goals and captivate target audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling assets for advertising campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, print materials, and more.
• Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign strategies into effective design concepts.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and deliver consistent messaging across platforms.
• Experiment with creative concepts, layouts, and typography to optimize ad performance.
• Stay updated on design trends, advertising best practices, and emerging platforms.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Create display, text search, OTT/CTV campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing advertising-related design work, including digital and print campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing principles and how design impacts consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate designs quickly.
• MUST be able to take on a project and work independently
