What you'll do:

Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including brokers, real estate agents, and developers.
Expand Our Reach: Source new partnerships and expand our network in international markets.
Drive Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
Provide Support: Train and support partners to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Analyze Performance: Track and analyze partnership performance to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
What you'll need:

Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
Strong Relationship-Building Skills: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strategic Thinking: The ability to think critically and develop effective strategies.
