What You'll Need:

Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish.
Strong Relationship-Building Skills: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Project Management Skills: The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Data-Driven Approach: The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
International Experience: Experience working in international markets, particularly in Mexico, is preferred.
