• $17.85/hour
• Tues–Thurs core hours; 10 AM–5 PM CST; Mon/Fri flexible with notice
• W2, part-time (approx. 20–25 hours/week)
• Long-term temp (1 year)
ROLE IMPACT
Support a leading automotive brand’s public exhibit and visitor center as a Gallery Attendant. This front-line role helps shape positive guest experiences through welcoming interactions, engaging tours, and consistent support across a 44,000 sq. ft. gallery space. You'll serve as a brand ambassador, guiding visitors through the company's legacy and innovations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead guided tours for VIPs and scheduled groups
• Welcome and assist guests with questions and navigation
• Open and close gallery exhibits and monitor operations
• Support on-site staff with event logistics and daily needs
• Maintain a polished, approachable presence throughout the space
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Clear verbal communication and confidence speaking to groups
• Friendly, flexible team player with strong people skills
• Able to follow established procedures and multitask
• Physically active role: walking and standing required during shifts
• Entry-level friendly: recent grads/interns welcome if no full-time experience
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Indoor gallery facility spanning 44,000 sq. ft.; high foot traffic
• Professional attire and neat appearance required
• Occasional extended shifts for special events with advance notice
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Passion for cars or prior automotive-related experience
• Additional language skills (e.g., Japanese or American Sign Language)
