The Echelon of Medina Assisted Living campus is currently seeking to add part-time members to our security/front desk team!

The Echelon of Medina is a private, family-owned facility located in the heart of Medina. Comfort, care, and community are hallmarks of The Echelon experience, which caters to the evolving needs of older adults. Following the medical model, The Echelon offers its members continuity of care from independent living, to assisted living, and to memory care, if needed.

Pay : Starting at $16.50/hr; based on experience

Shift:

• 16-24 hours per week
• Night Shift: 10pm-6:30am OR 11:30pm-8am
• Every other weekend availability is required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Courteous and cheerful greeting all visitors, members, and families.
• Answers inbound telephone calls professionally and directs the caller to the correct recipient.
• Performs customer service functions by answering member requests and questions.
• Keeps entrance to building neat and tidy and maintains visitor log.
• Makes copies, faxes, scans, and files documents.
• Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Monitors security cameras and call light system; monitors front door and maintains visitor log and security log.
• Makes rounds in A/L and I/L for offered assistance and security.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Requirements:

• Working knowledge of basic PC skills
• Working knowledge of copy machine

The Echelon campus is located in the heart of Historic Medina (just four blocks from the Square) and features two separate facilities—a state-of-the-art Assisted Living/Memory Care facility on the front of the property, and a luxury Independent Living facility located in the rear.
