• Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
• Manage phone calls, texts, and emails to assist with scheduling, answer patient questions, and provide details about services.
• Present treatment plans and explain financial options clearly and professionally.
• Organize appointments and maintain confidential medical records to support smooth office operations.
• Use dental practice management software and Google Docs (we’ll train you!).
• Problem-solve and maintain professionalism in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Outstanding communication skills: You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and team.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Google Docs and dental software (we provide training).
• Detail-oriented: Accuracy is key for scheduling, payments, and patient records.
