As our fleet continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Fleet Technician to join our maintenance team in Norfolk, VA .

Key Responsibilities of a Fleet Technician:

Perform preventative and routine maintenance on fleet vehicles, including oil changes, tire services, fluid checks, and brake inspections
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a wide variety of vehicles
Replace worn or faulty parts such as belts, hoses, filters, and suspension components
Conduct safety inspections to ensure all vehicles are road-ready and compliant
Maintain accurate service records and logs
Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized
Collaborate with the team to ensure vehicles are repaired and returned to service quickly and efficiently

What We’re Looking for as a Fleet Technician:

Proven experience as an automotive or fleet mechanic
Solid knowledge of diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance practices
Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment efficiently
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to vehicle safety and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid Virginia Driver’s License required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
