The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!

The Job: - Performs internal audit functions of multiple processes throughout the organization.
- Participates in the joint venture contract reconciliation process by analyzing general ledger data and provides input regarding contract amendments.
- Contributes to the development of reporting to ensure ongoing integrity of financial information.
- Assists with investigations of efficiency issues through analysis of data as it flows through system processes.
- Assists with implementing and maintaining data analytic software.
- Directs/completes projects as directed by the Financial Integrity Manager.
- Creates reports regarding internal controls.
- Routinely reviews and interprets various contracts.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
The Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
- 5 years of experience within the healthcare field.
- 5 years of experience in financial or accounting role.
- 3 years of experience in financial data analysis including model development and data sourcing via business intelligence software.
- 3 years of experience in external or internal auditing.
- CPA or CFE designation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of insurance principles.
- Computer and keyboard skills preferred to include Microsoft Office application skills.
- Experience with automated billing systems.
