BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Financial Integrity Analyst to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We're looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. The typical hours for this role are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends! The Clinic: BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base.   • Performs internal audit functions of multiple processes throughout the organization.
  • Participates in the joint venture contract reconciliation process by analyzing general ledger data and provides input regarding contract amendments.
  • Contributes to the development of reporting to ensure ongoing integrity of financial information.
  • Assists with investigations of efficiency issues through analysis of data as it flows through system processes.
  • Assists with implementing and maintaining data analytic software.
  • Directs/completes projects as directed by the Financial Integrity Manager.
  • Creates reports regarding internal controls.
  • Routinely reviews and interprets various contracts.
  • Respects and maintains confidentiality.
  • Works in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner at all times.
The Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • 5 years of experience within the healthcare field.
  • 5 years of experience in financial or accounting role.
  • 3 years of experience in financial data analysis including model development and data sourcing via business intelligence software.
  • 3 years of experience in external or internal auditing.
  • CPA or CFE designation is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory compliance.
  • Knowledge of insurance principles.
  • Computer and keyboard skills preferred to include Microsoft Office application skills.
  • Experience with automated billing systems.
