We are seeking to hire an additional experienced, detail oriented, and dependable Automotive Accounting Assistant to join our team. This is a full time position Monday – Friday, requiring 40 hours per week. • Maintain Title/MSO inventory

Maintain Tag Schedule

• Cut refund checks back to customers

Submit complete, correct paperwork for titling and registering motor vehicles * Process Dealer Trades and Used Vehicle Purchases Qualifications * At least two years automotive experience * Florida Notary required * Maintain strong attention to detail.

• Customer Service Skills

Time Management Skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Month end schedule flexibility.
