Exciting Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Patient Experience & Social Media Coordinator!

Are you a creative, detail-oriented professional who loves working with people and has a flair for social media? Join our forward-thinking orthodontic team as a Patient Experience & Social Media Coordinator! This unique position combines patient interaction with high-level content creation. We are a private orthodontic practice based in Athens, with a satellite in Grayson, and featuring Georgia’s first Invisalign-exclusive location in Watkinsville!

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in creating a welcoming environment by engaging with patients and handling n occasional front office responsibilities.

• Train as an assistant to the Treatment Coordinator, learning the art of case presentation and becoming a valuable part of our patients’ journey to confident smiles.

• Design and implement creative, trend-aligned social media content that highlights our practice’s unique approach, featuring our talented doctor and happy patients.

• Leverage your production skills to showcase real patient transformations and the benefits of clear aligner therapy, all while working in a supportive, enthusiastic team.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, personable individual with outstanding communication and organizational skills.

• Proven experience in social media content creation and video production, with a talent for storytelling.

• A multitasker who’s ready to support both patient care and digital engagement in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

• A passion for delivering the highest quality patient experience and promoting a modern approach to orthodontic care.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in social media marketing and management
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Highly effective and Patient interaction/communication skills
• Experience in content creation and video production
• Familiarity with SEO and social listening tools
• Ability to utilize Adobe Photoshop, Canva effectively (Buffer SM scheduling software a bonus)
• Knowledge of graphic design principles and public relations strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 31 per week
