Job Title: Corporate Event Coordinator (Remote)

• Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM ET.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize events, ensuring deadlines, milestones, and budgets are met.
• Manage document conversions and the Virtual Shareholder Meeting and Shareholder Meeting Registration products.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, communicating via phone, email, and meetings.
• Provide client guidance and best practices for successful event execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time.
• Monitor live events and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Client Experience teams.
• Occasionally support onsite events.

Qualifications:

• 1 3 years of experience in event coordination or similar roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong vendor management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time-management, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to performance and success.
