Job Description

The ER nurse at Mission Community Hospital plays a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in need of emergency medical attention during midshift 3pm-3am. This role requires quick thinking, strong medical knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to deliver efficient and effective care. Responsibilities

Assess patients' conditions upon arrival and determine their needs
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of California
Previous experience in an emergency department
CPR and ACLS certification
