As our marketing team scales to meet that momentum, we’re looking for a creative, curious, and detail-oriented Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to help us keep the energy going.

Create and schedule content for social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and print materials
Assist with growing and managing our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Support video production and post content to our fast-growing YouTube channel
Organize marketing calendars and campaign timelines
Coordinate promotional materials and support community outreach efforts
Help track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, engagement, traffic, etc.)
Collaborate with recruiting and service teams to highlight company culture, career opportunities, and customer success stories
Bring new ideas to the table and help us move fast without losing our personality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A creative mindset and a strong eye for detail
Eager to learn and comfortable taking initiative
Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite or video editing tools (or a strong willingness to learn)
Interest or background in marketing, communications, or a related field (internships count!)
