Job Description Pattern Promotions We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team! As part of our events department, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse array of events ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of various events
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers
Manage event logistics, including setup and breakdown
Create and manage event timelines and schedules
Communicate with clients to determine their needs and preferences
Assist in budget management and tracking expenses

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
