• Assist in the planning and execution of various events
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Help manage event budgets and track expenditures
• Support marketing efforts through social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are in place
• Attend events to assist with onsite operations and guest services

Qualities We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software
