Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic and growing team! This is an incredible opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in event coordination , marketing campaigns , and customer engagement while making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, including community outreach initiatives , retail activations , and promotional campaigns .

  • Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.

  • Collaborate with event planners and marketing team members to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction.

  • Interact with event attendees and provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences.

  • Distribute marketing materials and contribute to brand promotion efforts across various channels.

  • Track event performance and help gather feedback to improve future events.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.

  • Experience in event support , marketing , or customer service is a bonus, but not required.

  • Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for creating memorable events.

  • Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently when needed.
