Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, including community outreach initiatives , retail activations , and promotional campaigns .
Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
Collaborate with event planners and marketing team members to ensure flawless event execution and client satisfaction.
Interact with event attendees and provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences.
Distribute marketing materials and contribute to brand promotion efforts across various channels.
Track event performance and help gather feedback to improve future events.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.
Experience in event support , marketing , or customer service is a bonus, but not required.
Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for creating memorable events.
Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently when needed.
