Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred, but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when working with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of an event aligns with client objectives and expectations.
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure events run smoothly.

Why Join Us?

  • Gain practical experience in event planning, execution, and client relations, working on high-profile projects.
  • Be part of a creative, energetic, and collaborative team focused on innovation and excellence.
  • Benefit from professional development and clear paths for career advancement in the exciting field of event marketing.
