In this role, you will support the planning and execution of various events, from corporate functions to community gatherings. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events to ensure their success.
• Help maintain event budgets and track expenses to adhere to financial guidelines.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operational processes.
• Support the logistical execution of events, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management.
• Conduct research to identify potential venues, suppliers, and entertainment options.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional content for events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the events industry.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
