Job Duties:
As a Collegian Mover/Driver Team Lead , you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. Your job is to be the kind, trustworthy face of Collegian Movers. Your friendliness, work ethic, and overall camaraderie can impact a customer's life daily.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing a crew of team members.
• Proactively communicating with the client and team members.
• Providing move-day satisfaction.
• Assisting families moving into and out of their homes.
• Moving personal belongings & furniture and transporting them to their new location.

Additional Information about the job:

• A driver's license and a good driving record are required to be a DRIVER.
• Drivers must be 21 or older to be covered under our Commercial Insurance Policy.
• Flexible hours. Full and Part-Time Hours.
• Overtime is paid at 1.5x for any hours over 40 hours per week.
• Able to move furniture and lift at least 75 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs daily.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment background screening.
• Become DOT certified.

Drivers/General Labor (Non-CDL)
Drivers start at $14 - $16 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips ($20 to $150/day) and bonuses!
