Job Description

Dispatcher – One World Parts (a division of Capital Automotive Group) Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:00/4:00 PM Ready to be the driving force behind a fast-moving operation? One World Parts, a division of Capital Automotive Group, is looking for an organized, energetic Dispatcher to help keep our delivery routes running smoothly and our driver team on track. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving on the fly, and takes pride in building strong relationships across the team. What You’ll Do

Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes to ensure on-time performance
Support, coach, and motivate drivers to deliver exceptional customer service
Keep an eye on routes in progress — solving issues, rerouting as needed, and celebrating wins
Verify shipments, organize loads, and make sure every part gets where it needs to go
Partner with leadership to improve efficiency, safety, and overall performance
Assist with driver training, scheduling, and fleet maintenance coordination

What We’re Looking For

Experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination (preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and confident using web-based apps and basic MS Office tools
Reliable, proactive, and able to handle multiple moving parts under pressure
Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and assist with loading as needed
