Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and equipment.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and chefs in the kitchen.
• Properly handle food according to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for easy access by culinary staff.
• Support banquet or catering events by ensuring timely cleaning of service items.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during peak service times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic food handling and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Willingness to learn from experienced cooks and culinary staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
