Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Clinical Quality. This Director position will be the Director of Pediatric Clinical Quality for Wolfson Children’s, including Wolfson Children’s Hospital and pediatric care sites throughout Baptist Health.
Wolfson Children’s Hospital,with 257 licensed beds, is the only full-service tertiary hospital for children serving North Florida, South Georgia and beyond. In addition to Wolfson Children’s Hospital, pediatric care is delivered in Neonatal Intensive Care Units, hospital-based emergency departments, and free-standing emergency departments throughout the region. Wolfson Children’s also provides care in specialty centers throughout North Florida and South Georgia. Wolfson Children’s Hospital is recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the best children’s hospitals. The Director of Clinical Quality will demonstrate expertise in quality and performance improvement as well as program leadership operations. The Director of Clinical Quality requires a registered nurse license along with a master’s degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical nursing experience. Pediatric experience is recommended. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required or obtained within one year.
