Digital Media Lead, Programmatic

Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for paid media and data-driven success? We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Lead, Programmatic to join our growing Paid Media Team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build and optimize programmatic campaigns from the ground up, driving the success of our Credit Card Vertical and achieving key revenue and profit goals.
As a member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners and use your expertise to create innovative strategies that empower people to make informed financial decisions. This independent contributor role reports directly to the VP of Digital Media.
What You'll Do:
As a Digital Media Lead, you'll have the chance to:
Lead the development and execution of a robust programmatic buying strategy, including DSP selection, creative approaches, and performance logistics.
Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance analysis to exceed KPIs.
Navigate compliance and targeting requirements to effectively promote offers and achieve optimal results.
Leverage enterprise-level data to create and execute world-class retargeting programs.
Use data-driven insights to optimize revenue and gross profit margins.
Collaborate with teams across product, design, content, and analytics to enhance channel performance.
Regularly communicate performance reports, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
What You'll Bring:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns within top DSPs (e.g., DV360, Xandr, StackAdapt), including budgets exceeding $250k per month; financial industry experience preferred.
Expertise in audience targeting, optimization, and data integrations to drive impactful results.
Proficiency in direct marketing creative practices, including experience with Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO).
Strong analytical skills and knowledge of attribution, ad implementation, and platform integrations.
Experience developing strategies, problem-solving, and presenting results effectively.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Google Ads, and Bing Ads.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $88,000 - $108,000 (based on skills, experience, and location).
