**Job Description:**
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who can support business operations, manage projects, and ensure smooth communication between team members. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, loves keeping things on track, and has the energy to keep up with a fast-moving environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Act as the primary point of contact and project manager.
* Serve as a liaison between the business owner and the web developer to ensure clear communication and execution.
* Capture ideas from voice notes or messages and organize them in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion).
* Coordinate schedules and ensure project deadlines are met.
* Assist in website management, including payment systems, affiliate links, and funnels for coaching programs.
* Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.
**Qualifications:**
* Excellent English comprehension and communication skills (critical requirement).
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* High energy and proactive attitude.
* Knowledge of social media is a plus.

* Asana or Notion
**Working Hours:**
* Part-Time: 20 hours per week
* 8 AM – 2 PM EST (Graveyard Shift)
**Preferred Traits:**
* Strong attention to detail and organization.
* Fast learner and able to execute ideas quickly.
* Ability to stay composed under pressure and in a high-volume workload.
* Self-starter who needs minimal supervision.
**Non-Negotiables:**
* Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
* Time of work hours must be followed (Graveyard Shift).
