As a Dialysis Nurse Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality care, and support both patients and staff in a positive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
Patient Care & Oversight
Supervise dialysis treatments and assess patient responses.
Address critical situations and adjust care plans as needed.
Ensure accurate and timely patient admissions, discharges, and treatment schedules.
Lead vascular access management and anemia monitoring efforts.
Organize patient rounding and interdisciplinary care conferences.
Team Leadership & Support
Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals.
Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
Facilitate monthly team meetings to ensure clear communication and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Center Operations & Quality Improvement
Monitor and enhance clinical outcomes through quality assessment and performance improvement (QAPI).
Oversee infection control measures and ensure proper documentation.
Manage incident reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain compliance with renal network regulations and governing body requirements.
Financial & Facility Management
Optimize resources and monitor budget to manage costs effectively.
Ensure the facility and equipment are maintained to high safety and quality standards.
Coordinate supply management to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
Customer Service & Community Engagement
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients, families, and staff.
Respond promptly to patient and staff concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Support a culture of excellence in patient care and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience & Education:
Registered Nurse (RN) license (must be active and in good standing).
Minimum 1 year of RN experience (3+ years preferred).
At least 1 year of dialysis experience (peritoneal or hemodialysis).
BSN preferred, CNN/CDN certification a plus.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.

Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring top-quality patient care.
Knowledge of state and federal ESRD regulations.
