Salesforce FSC Developer
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features including customization options, security controls, and data management

Roles & Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders in financial institutions to understand business processes and identify areas where Salesforce FSC can improve efficiency.
- Analyze complex financial data models and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations.
- Design and Implementation:
- Configure Salesforce FSC features like Financial Accounts, Client Relationship Groups, and Investment Products to align with specific business needs.
- Customize the platform using declarative tools like workflow rules, process builder, and flow to automate key financial services workflows.
- Create custom fields, objects, and reports to capture critical financial data and generate relevant insights.
- Data Management and Integration:
- Manage data migration from existing systems to Salesforce FSC, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Establish data governance practices to maintain data quality and compliance.
- Integrate Salesforce FSC with other financial systems like CRM, portfolio management, and trading platforms.
- User Administration and Training:
- Manage user profiles, security settings, and access levels within Salesforce FSC.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate users on Salesforce FSC functionalities and best practices.
- System Maintenance and Support:
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Troubleshoot user queries and resolve technical problems
- Apply updates and patches to Salesforce FSC to maintain functionality and security
- Compliance and Regulatory Considerations:
- Ensure Salesforce FSC configurations adhere to relevant financial industry regulations (e.g., KYC, AML)
- Implement appropriate data privacy controls to protect sensitive client information
Salary Range- $100,000-$120,000 a year
