Oversee and manage clinical flow, the interaction of all clinical staff, and all daily functions.
• Manage employee’s Schedules
• Assist with Advertising in our area with any material that Marketing provides
• Compete with local dermatologist pricing and products
• Ensure all reports are done by deadline, (daily, weekly and monthly)
• Submitting payroll at the end of pay periods. Make any changes to time cards through paycom
• Oversee that all staff complete their job tasks by deadlines
• Meet patient satisfactory and continuously work to improve patient satisfactory
• Audit NextGen Daily reports
• Audit Nextgen worklog
• Work in a professional manner to resolve conflicts among all staff
• All OSHA, HIPAA, and other government regulations will be followed
• Make all bank deposits and send copy of deposit receipt to appropriate department
• Maintain inventory and send supply order
• Assign and oversee that all logs (Botox Log, Narcotic Log, MOHS Log, etc.) are properly maintained
• Take necessary disciplinary measures with approval from my manager
• Ensure that all vehicles maintenance is up to date and all registration and insurance cards are up to date.
