Dental Lab Finisher – McCormack Dental Group

We’re seeking a Dental Lab Finisher to help bring our restorative and surgical cases to life. You’ll work alongside our in-house lab designer and surgical teams to ensure every restoration leaves our lab with exceptional fit, finish, and esthetics.

What You’ll Do

• Finish, contour, and polish crowns, bridges, and hybrid cases.
• Stain and glaze restorations to achieve lifelike esthetics.
• Ensure precise fit and function of restorations before delivery to clinicians.
• Handle quality control checks on all lab work before it leaves the lab.
• Collaborate closely with our in-house designer and surgical team for case coordination.
• Maintain lab cleanliness, organization, and materials inventory.

Who You Are

• Experienced in finishing dental restorations, hybrids, or removable cases (or eager to be trained).
• Meticulous, reliable, and proud of your craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• A team player who communicates well and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Able to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-location dental group.
• Passionate about helping patients receive beautiful, functional smiles.

Pay: $22.14 - $29.10 per hour
