• 1-2 years of dental office experience is a MUST!
• Experience with dental insurance, dental software and dental terminology preferred
• Must possess outgoing, friendly and professional personality with excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-like environment
• Computer proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills required

• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
• Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in a dental office
