Removable Dental Technician – Spokane, WA

Compensation: $25–$35 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Overview:

Our Spokane-based dental laboratory is expanding and seeking a skilled Removable Dental Technician to support our growing removable department. Candidates with digital design experience are strongly preferred, but a solid analog foundation in removable work is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate removable prosthetics, including partials, dentures, and frameworks.
• Conduct wax setups, try-ins, and final processing with precision and efficiency.
• Collaborate with digital design teams for CAD/CAM workflows as needed.
• Evaluate models and impressions for quality and case accuracy.
• Support consistent quality control and workflow improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in removable dental technology.
• Strong understanding of analog techniques for removable fabrication.
• Digital design (3Shape or Exocad) experience a major plus.
• High attention to detail, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
