Dental Treatment Coordinator

Salt Lake City, Utah | Full-Time/ Part Time or Saturdays only! :)

We’re a growing dental practice looking for a friendly, experienced, and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and making a difference every day — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

  • ✅ Verify dental insurance benefits, including coordination with third-party services

  • ✅ Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently

  • ✅ Schedule and manage treatment appointments

  • ✅ Follow up on missed appointments and incomplete treatment

  • ✅ Optimize provider schedules to meet productivity goals

  • ✅ Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience

  • ✅ Assist with financial arrangements and patient paperwork

  • ✅ Manage documentation: consents, policies, exit forms

  • ✅ Check out patients and provide a five-star experience

  • ✅ Uphold HIPAA and maintain patient confidentiality

  • ✅ Support daily operational tasks and practice flow

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED (required)

  • 3+ years of experience in a dental office (required)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to quickly build rapport with patients

  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance processing

  • Solid math skills for estimating treatment costs and insurance benefits

  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional in demeanor
