Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection: Gather invoices, statements, reports, and other relevant information from employees, departments, and clients.
Data Entry: Accurately input data into our databases, ensuring consistency and completeness.
Data Verification: Review data for errors and inconsistencies, making corrections as needed.
Data Organization: Store hard copies of data in a well-organized manner for easy retrieval.
Communication: Liaise with employees and clients to gather information and address any questions or concerns.
