Job Description

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an entry-level Application Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our development team during an important migration project, helping to build organizations, users, and components in our new system. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working with technology, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform entry-level application administration tasks to assist in the migration of organizations and users.
Work closely with end users to set up their organization and user credentials, ensuring a smooth transition to the new application.
Collaborate with the development team to manually build necessary components and support the overall project.
Provide exceptional customer service as you interact with clients daily, ensuring their needs are met and downtime is minimized.

Top Skills Required:

Typing Skills: Excellent typing abilities, fast and accurate (minimum 40 words per minute). You will need to complete a brief assessment.
Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language; bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are especially encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
Helpdesk Experience: Any experience in tier 1 helpdesk support or triage will be considered a plus.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must have reliable internet access.
