This role is ideal for a data-driven professional passionate about transforming complex information into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will gather, process, and analyze data from diverse sources to guide business decisions and enhance operational outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll leverage analytical tools, visualization techniques, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities. The position offers flexibility — remote, hybrid, or onsite — and a collaborative environment that values continuous learning, innovation, and impact.

Accountabilities:

• Source, organize, and convert data from multiple systems to support business analysis and reporting.
• Apply quantitative and statistical methods to translate raw data into meaningful insights.
• Conduct descriptive and diagnostic analyses to address business cases and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, structure, and accessibility.
• Develop subject matter expertise in key business areas and act as a trusted data advisor.
• Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations for leadership and operational teams.
• Contribute to data literacy across teams by sharing analytical best practices.
• Participate in ongoing learning and data-related projects, utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data engineering.
• 2+ years of experience supporting specific business areas through analytics and reporting.
• Strong command of Excel or Microsoft BI (pivot tables required).
• Preferred: Experience with financial or banking data, and programming skills in SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
