We are excited to invite applications for Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist with Maryland Medicaid accounts. If you're passionate about helping others and have a background in customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
As a member of our Customer Support Center, you will:
Provide information and assistance to individuals, families, and brokers seeking enrollment and services related to Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans.
Assist customers with eligibility inquiries and enrollment processes.
Utilize state eligibility and enrollment portals, along with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, to deliver high-quality service.
Requirements:
Location: Must live in the State of Maryland.
Experience: Recent call center experience is required.
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; relevant experience in healthcare, human services, or customer service is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Work Schedule:
Training Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday (Weeks 1-7).
Post-Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST.
Your commitment to perfect attendance during training and nesting (7 weeks) is essential, as absences may lead to termination.
Equipment Requirements:
You will need to provide your own equipment, including:
Computer: Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 processor or higher (no Celeron or Pentium), a minimum of 8GB RAM, and 256GB hard drive.
Operating System: Windows 10 or 11.
Connection: Wired internet connection (100 MBPS download and 10 MBPS upload minimum).
Accessories: Wired headset with a USB connection, video camera capability, and available storage of at least 30GB.
