About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers by addressing their requests, questions, and concerns. You'll use your problem-solving skills to analyze customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions. This role requires maintaining customer records and ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and professionalism.

You will primarily communicate with customers through email, helping to resolve issues, provide support for basic platform usage, and manage client requests. Excellent communication and a friendly, helpful attitude are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints through email
Analyzing customer issues and determining the best solutions
Maintaining accurate customer records
Providing platform support and managing client requests
Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years of customer service experience, including experience with chat or email support
Work Hours:

1st Shift: 6:15 AM - 2:45 PM, Sunday - Thursday
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Tuesday - Saturday
3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM, Wednesday - Saturday
Training:

Onsite training for 3 weeks in Beloit, WI. After training, you'll work remotely 4 days a week with 1 day in the office.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 16.00 Per Hour
