Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
  • Provide accurate information about our services, appointment scheduling, and vision care products
  • Assist patients with their appointments, both virtually and on-site, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience
  • Resolve patient concerns, process requests, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Handle insurance questions and billing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy in our system
  • Provide support to the clinical and administrative teams when needed

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in both virtual and on-site settings
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field is a plus
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, email, scheduling tools)
  • Ability to work independently from home or collaborate in an on-site team environment
