Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer support. You'll be responsible for answering inquiries about our services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with State of CA Lifeline accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, IVR, or web portal.
Document and track customer interactions and issues.
Follow standard procedures to provide accurate information.
Resolve customer issues and implement necessary changes.
Escalate unresolved cases to the appropriate departments.
Communicate potential concerns to your supervisor.
Perform accurate data entry.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
At least 6 months of recent call center experience.
Equipment Requirements:
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):
Desktop or Laptop: Intel Core i5 or higher, 8GB RAM, with a minimum of 256GB hard drive.
Operating System: Windows 10 or 11.
Connectivity: Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer port (for wired headset) and 1 RJ-45 connection for internet.
Headset: Wired headset with microphone, USB Gen 2 or newer connection.
Video Camera: Required for training.
Note: No MacBooks, Apple products, Chromebooks, iPads, or tablets are compatible with our system.
Internet Connection Requirements:
Wired connection: From your computer to the router or modem.
Download speed: Minimum 100 MBPS.
Upload speed: Minimum 15 MBPS.
