Legacy Wealth Associates, LLC is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring client satisfaction by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and sharing in-depth knowledge of our services.
What You’ll Do:
Respond to Client Inquiries: Manage incoming calls and emails, providing timely and helpful support to clients. Most interactions will take place over Zoom.
Support Client Success: Offer personalized guidance to help clients effectively utilize our services to meet their financial goals.
Stay Informed: Maintain strong product knowledge to ensure accurate and strategic communication with clients.
Document Interactions: Log customer communications in our internal systems to support collaboration and relationship building across teams.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of proven experience in client support or customer success
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset
A commitment to providing exceptional, client-first service
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to obtain required licenses within two weeks of onboarding
