Customer Service Representative– 1st Shift Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $17-$21/hour (based on experience)
Our client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented CSR for a 1st shift opportunity in Mentor. This role blends order entry, phone support, and administrative assistance for HR and purchasing functions. Job Responsibilities - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling customer inquiries.
- Oversee order entry and maintain job packet information for the manufacturing team.
- Provide HR support, including benefits administration and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, ensuring stock is maintained.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with tasks such as raw material procurement and vendor follow-ups.
- Foster a positive work environment by ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication across departments to enhance team collaboration and operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and records management.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Company Leadership Team.
Required Skills - Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational abilities to effectively manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required.
- Experience with AP/AR and QuickBooks is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with employees, customers, and vendors.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team environment.
