With this program, the student enhances the practice of their knowledge to the maximum and acquires their first professional experience.​ Caterpillar Financial is looking for a **Finance/Customer Services intern** to learn about Caterpillar Customer Experience culture through the support of critical processes to the Collections and Customer Service Team. Provide support for the development of continuous improvement projects in the area and be able to present it to our regional team as part of our Best Practices Strategy. * **Duration of the internship / Hours: minimum 1 year.** **Specific benefits** - University insurance for youth employment training (FOLA) provided by the company. - Amount of S/ 1,100 per month to cover expenses related to the development of the program. **What you will do:** + Assist in executing follow-up actions with customers on past due accounts + Basic Customer Inquiry Handling + Information Updating: Maintain and update customer contact logs, collections databases, and monitoring reports in internal systems. + Data Analysis Support: Assist in gathering and processing information related to collection performance and portfolio health, supporting the preparation of basic reports. + Provide support to the development of continuous improvement projects in the area and be able to present it to our regional team as part of our Best Practices Strategy. **Basic Requirements:** + Preferably students of Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting majors. + Demonstrated ability to apply effective oral, written, and listening communication skills with dealers, customers, company personnel, and the financial communities. + Attention to detail, excellent communication skills are all essential to this position. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
